B.P.’s Smokehouse BBQ is
an off-premises BBQ caterer located in Tomah, Wisconsin. Myra Jo
and Darren Price began the business in 2000 after fulfilling a
long time dream of starting their own business. They both have a
passion for what is called “True BBQ” True BBQ is the art of
slow cooking various cuts of meat over wood fire for long
periods of time. Thus transforming a tough piece of meat into a
succulent, moist delicacy. We are also members of the Kansas
City Barbeque Society and we cook at various competitions
throughout the United States.
PRODUCTS
B.P.'s Smokehouse tries
it's best to always use USDA Choice grade meats, otherwise
Select grade is used. We then prepare the meats using a special
dry rub, wet rub, marinade, or a combination and let refrigerate
overnight before cooking. During the slow all wood cooking
process, meat is occasionally basted with a flavorful liquid or
glazed with a sauce to ensure moistness. It's these few extra
touches that will produce the excellent barbecue we are sure you
will enjoy.

Pulled Pork
Our smoked Pulled pork is carefully seasoned and then is slow
cooked for 16 hours to provide you with the best tasting, most
tender pork around.

Ribs
Looking for some great ribs? We have St. Louis cut ribs,
perfectly seasoned with our own rub and then slow smoked for
five hours to perfection.

Beef Brisket
If you have never had BBQ beef brisket here is a tasty treat for
you. Our brisket is guaranteed tender and delicious. We slow
smoke the brisket for 16 hours. The end result is the most
succulent BBQ brisket you have ever tasted.
Smoked Chicken
Are you tired of the same old grilled chicken you get from your
backyard grill? Try our smoked chicken. This meat, you just
can't beat. Try it with our own special Sassy Barbeque sauce or
without.
Pork Loin
A B.P.'s Smokehouse favorite. Tender and delicious. Rubbed with
our special seasonings and slow smoked to perfection.
Sides
Needs some homemade sides with that meat? We provide some
BBQ side favorites.
SERVICES
There are two ways to get
the great taste of B.P.'s Smokehouse BBQ:
Pick-Up
Call or fax to arrange order to be pickup. 72 hours advance
ordering required.
Catering
We come with our pit and set up a buffet table, where guests
help themselves to a barbecue feast. When your guest arrive,
they are greeted with the tantalizing aroma of wood smoked
perfection. The table will be clothed and lined with food pans
or chaffing dishes to keep the barbecue nice and hot. Also
included are paper plates, napkins, plastic ware, and wet wipes.

Catering Benefits
- B.P's does all the work and cleans up before we leave.
- Large groups are not a problem with our large catering
smokers.
- We can provide a buffet style or by the plate type catering.
Capabilities
If you need plates, napkins, utensils, for your event we can
supply these for you.
We have tables, tents
and serving areas to provide a comfortable atmosphere.
Family reunions, golf
outings, corporate picnics, graduations, wedding receptions,
or even your PACKER party. B.P's can supply the perfect
catered event.
