Website Participation Guidelines
Dear Ho-Chunk Tribal Member
Entrepreneurs:
The
Ho-Chunk Nation Small Business Wogi jere (help) Services is
proud to announce our website:
www.hochunkmall.com., created exclusively for Tribal members
in business, as entrepreneurs. This website is made possible through
the Ho-Chunk Nation M.I.S. Division and the Ho-Chunk Nation Small
Business Program.
This website is available as a
service to Tribal members in order to market goods or services directly
to the Tribal public and the general population Free of charge.
If you would like to make changes to
previously submitted information or be added to the website listing the
guidelines are as follows:

Small Businesses applying for this website listing, do not
have to have procured or applied for a loan with the Ho-Chunk Nation
Small Business Program to be eligible, however each business must be 51%
owned, operated, and actively managed by a Ho-Chunk Tribal member as
certified by signature on the application forms.

Each business featured will be given one full page
to advertise their product or services. This includes both images and
text. A maximum of three paragraphs of text is allowable, or a
description of each product with photos, etc.

Enclosed you will find an
application form that must be
included with your information and signed and dated.
·
Once submitted, you will not be able to make
changes directly by logging onto the website. MIS will make necessary
changes as requested by the Small Business Program, on a monthly basis
as part of a maintenance service to this program. Changes need to be
submitted to: Small Business Program, Department of
Treasury.

Business’s failing to respond to repeated attempts of
notification or within 30 days, will be removed from the website. All
information should be kept current and available to potential customers,
which is the direct responsibility of the small business owner.

The Ho-Chunk Nation Small Business Program reserves the
right to remove businesses if attempts to reach the business owner are
not attained, or at its discretion if a change in a business’ provided
information is disclosed by a 3rd Party and/or notified
regarding licenses and certifications.

The Ho-Chunk Nation Small Business Program reserves the
right to verify all information as submitted.
·
If a small business owner fails to comply with the Website
Guidelines, the business can be removed without further notice to the
entrepreneur. A renewed application for participation will not be
available for a period of one-year thereafter.
